At HRD Digital, we want you to feel completely confident in your platform subscription. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Setup Fee Refunds: The one-time setup fee covers the full configuration of your platform — including your smart website module, local SEO automation setup, lead capture and CRM configuration, and brand asset library production. You may request a full refund of your setup fee within 7 days of payment, provided that platform configuration work has not yet commenced.

Once platform configuration has commenced — typically within 2–3 business days of payment and receipt of your onboarding information — the setup fee is non-refundable, as significant platform work will have been completed on your behalf.

If you are unsatisfied with the initial platform or website design, your subscription includes up to 2 revision rounds as part of your onboarding process before any refund discussion is appropriate.

Monthly Subscription Refunds: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced, as full platform access is granted immediately upon payment.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hellohrddigital@gmail.com. Your platform access will continue until the end of the current paid billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing month.

Exceptional Circumstances: If you experience a significant, unresolvable technical failure of the Platform that is directly attributable to HRD Digital and remains unresolved after 14 business days of being reported to our support team, you may be eligible for a partial or full month credit. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

How to Request a Refund: Email hellohrddigital@gmail.com with your order reference number, the email address used at the time of purchase, and a brief description of your reason for requesting a refund. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
