1. Terms By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. 2. Nature of the Product HRD Digital provides subscription access to a fully configured Local Business Growth Platform (the "Platform"). The Platform is a software-based subscription product that grants customers access to a dedicated platform environment, including a pre-configured smart website module, local SEO automation tools, lead capture and CRM system, brand asset library, and platform support sessions — as specified in the customer's chosen subscription tier.

The one-time setup fee covers initial platform configuration and onboarding. The monthly subscription fee grants continued access to the Platform and all features within the customer's chosen tier. HRD Digital is the platform operator responsible for maintaining platform functionality and delivering subscription features within the agreed scope.

3. Use License: a. Permission is granted to access and use the Platform and its included features for the purpose of operating and growing your business. Under this license, you may not: i. Resell, sublicence, or transfer your platform access or digital deliverables to any third party for commercial purposes; ii. Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; iii. Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or tamper with any software or system forming part of the Platform; iv. Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from any materials or digital deliverables provided.

b. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by HRD Digital at any time.

4. Subscription: Terms Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically on the same date each month until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Platform access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing month.

   
   

5. Disclaimer: a. The Platform and all materials provided by HRD Digital are offered on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. b. HRD Digital does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or search engine ranking positions resulting from use of the Platform.

   
   

6. Limitations: In no event shall HRD Digital be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform, even if HRD Digital has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

   
   

7. Accuracy of Materials: The materials on this website may include technical or typographical errors. We do not warrant that any materials on the website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the website content at any time without notice.

   
   

8. Refund Policy: Please refer to our full Refund Policy page for complete terms. In summary: setup fees are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided platform build has not commenced. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.

   
   

9. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, the country of operation of HRD Digital. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith through direct communication between the parties.

   
   

10. Modifications We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms and Conditions.
